
1. Client Interior Design Project Brief
Consultation begins by meeting you / your team to find out about specific requirements. These include, understanding your nature of business, the direction of organization, corporate identity, etc.
Issues to be explored: Budget, Schedule, Business Operations, Feng Shui, etc.
2. Interior Space Analysis & Design Development
A logical study of the give space will be conducted, spatial zoning will be applied to best fit the organizational requirements, and after which creative design touches will be incorporated for the final finishing
This would be considered a Design Proposal to you / your team.
3. Interior Design & Project Proposal Presentation
A complete design & project proposal will be presented to you / your team. This would include, overall space solution, budget, project timeline, etc.
4. Technical / Construction Drawings
Once overall design has been accepted, a complete set of detailed drawings will be developed to facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders of the project, and eventual smooth execution of the project management process.

A meeting regarding material selection, furniture selection, etc. will be conducted prior to actual construction to confirm final finishes of the project site.
6. Project Management
A team will be established to manage and oversee the smooth delivery of the eventual project site.
7. Project Evaluation & Completion
A guided tour shall be arranged to conduct an audit on the newly installed features and functions. Once approved, a handover process will be conducted as a sign of project completion.
