HOW WE WORK?

We aim to create projects by using a very special set of guidelines created to maximize the development of projects to meet our client’s requirements. These guidelines focus on the development; making sure the requirements of our customers are met of office renovation and more.

Our consultation process begins with a project briefing to understand all your requirements, the nature of your business and lifestyle preferences, followed by a site visit to take measurements.

Issues to be explored during this phase include: Budget, Schedule, HR Policies, CSR Needs, Feng Shui Requirements, etc.

Our analysts will analyze the space and prepare an optimized layout for your space, combining the concept of functionality and human-space interaction.

To be taken into account: the size and number of workstations and/or rooms, interdepartmental relationships, traffic flow, growth plans, accessibility concerns, and building safety requirements.

S. U. A applies a “ whole team” approach to design conceptualization involving multiple brainstorming sessions, research, team discussions, hand sketches, preparation of case studies.

Our analysts will then compile and create your project proposal, including an overall space solution, budget, project timeline and management will be presented to you.

The development of an initial project program begins the moment we take on a new project. we continually refine your plan to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of project milestones with cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or design.

Our analysts provide you with recommendations for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment and our project team manages the procurement process based on your agreed specifications.

You will be taken on a guided tour by our team, explaining all the newly installed features and functions. If approved, we will validate the official handover to you!

Our team will remain available to you for repair and maintenance if needed.

Our project team will continuously manage and keep track of the progress of your projects, ensuring seamless and smooth progression.

Ed Mun is a veteran in the interior design industry with over 30 years of experience under his belt. After graduating locally, he challenged the idea of space planning. By holding this belief, he travelled internationally to further pursue his research by studying and analysing culture and lifestyle; eventually developing his concept of space analysis – creating a built interior environment which accentuates the quality of life and culture of the occupant, functional, at the same time aesthetically appealing.
